This year’s highlight was the Resident Angels Gift Program, a tradition that has grown more meaningful each holiday season. Community members and the program Keisha’s Korner “adopted” residents by choosing names from the Angel Trees located in Family Dollar and The Market grocery store. Within days, beautifully wrapped presents appeared—cozy blankets, sweaters, puzzles, favorite snacks, books, and heartfelt cards—each chosen with care.
On the day of the celebration, staff gathered the residents in the common room, bathed in soft carols and twinkling lights. Laughter mingled with Christmas music as residents opened surprises chosen just for them.
