A special dedication was recently held to honor a man whose hard work, kindness, and dedication left a lasting mark on the center and everyone who walks through its doors. The newly dedicated “Paul’s Patio” now stands as both a beautiful gathering place and a meaningful reminder of the impact Paul Hiner had on the facility and the people within it.
Built with his own two hands, Paul poured countless hours into creating this patio. He transformed an outdoor space into a welcoming area where residents, families, and staff can relax, connect, and enjoy time together. His commitment to the project reflected the same care and compassion he showed toward the center every day.
Paul’s wife, Michelle, came to the center to celebrate his life and remember the difference he made. Stories were shared about Paul’s generosity, his hardworking spirit, and the pride he took in helping make the center feel more like home for everyone.
“Paul’s Patio” is more than just a name on a sign — it represents community, service, and love. Each conversation shared there, every smile exchanged, and every peaceful moment spent on the patio will continue Paul’s legacy for years to come.
As the center gathered to honor and remember him, one thing was clear: Paul’s impact on Salyersville Nursing and Rehabilitation will never be forgotten. Through this patio, his memory and the care he poured into the center will continue to live on every single day.
