We are excited to announce that letters will be going out soon to families regarding our annual Thanksgiving Dinner, which will be held on Wednesday, November 19th at Salyersville Nursing and Rehabilitation. To help us plan appropriately for seating and food, we kindly ask that RSVPs be returned as soon as possible once you receive your letter. We are looking forward to celebrating this special time of year with our residents and their loved ones!
