Benita Dickenson, LNHA, SHRM-SCP, serves as our Senior Administrator, bringing over 27 years of experience as a seasoned Nursing Home Administrator. She is a certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and has held key leadership roles including Regional Vice President of Operations in Long-Term Care, Vice President of Organizational Development, and Consultant supporting nursing facilities. Benita lives in a neighboring county with her husband, Scott, and their dog, Cosmo. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
