Lesley Arnett, RN
Director of Nursing
Lesley Arnett, RN is our new Director of Nursing (DON) with 15 years of experience in the nursing field. She graduated from Morehead State University and has worked in various areas including long-term care (LTC), telemetry, emergency room, and dialysis. With 13 years specifically in LTC, Lesley has developed a strong passion for caring for the elderly, where she finds each residents’ needs both unique and special. Her journey into this field began as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) before nursing school, and LTC felt like a natural fit for her. Outside of work, Lesley enjoys watching her son play sports and being with her dogs. She believes Salyersville is special because of its diverse population and the small-town atmosphere that fosters a sense of comfort and hospitality, making residents, staff, and the broader community feel like family.
