Shopping at Wal-Mart is always fun with the residents from Salyersville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. A day out and a trip down the Halloween aisle. Residentās took a trip to Wal-Mart to get their needed supplies and desires in September. While there we ventured down the Halloween aisle to parous the costumes and had some great laughs. Whether it be witch or princess we loved the costumes!! And who could resist trying on the silly hats?
