Residents at Salyersville Nursing and Rehabilitation recently enjoyed a deliciously fun afternoon during our Dessert Tasting Activity! The event featured a variety of sweet treats—from classic chess pies and Rice Krispies treats to other specialty desserts—giving everyone a chance to sample different flavors and share their favorites.
Laughter and conversation filled the room as residents reminisced about their favorite homemade desserts and swapped stories behind cherished family recipes. The activity not only satisfied sweet cravings but also brought a sense of nostalgia and togetherness to the day.
