Benita Dickenson LNHA, SHRM-SCP, Senior Adminstrator
Benita Dickenson LNHA, SHRM-SCP, serves as our Senior Administrator, bringing over 27 years of experience as a seasoned Nursing Home Administrator. She is a certified professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and has held key leadership roles including Regional Vice President of Operations in Long-Term Care, Vice President of Organizational Development, and Consultant supporting nursing facilities. Benita lives in a neighboring county with her husband, Scott, and their dog, Cosmo. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
LeAnn Gullett, MS, LNHA, Adminstrator
LeAnn Gullett, MS, LNHA, is the new Administrator for Salyersville Nursing and Rehabilitation. With a master’s degree in human services and extensive experience in the healthcare field, LeAnn brings over 8 years of dedication to helping others. She has spent the last two years working in nursing homes and is passionate about building relationships with residents and their families. LeAnn is known for her compassionate approach and deep commitment to those she serves. Her personal connection with the people of Salyersville makes this new role even more meaningful, as she considers them truly her family. She is excited to continue her work of helping others and contributing to the well-being of the community.
