Weekly fresh flowers fill the foyer with smells of Spring:
Ten years ago, when I became an Administrator, I knew I wanted my residents’ homes to have a welcoming presence when coming through their front door. I wasn’t sure at the time how I would make that happen, but I recognized the importance of creating a foyer that made residents, visitors, and staff feel genuinely welcome. As time passed, I realized that fresh flowers are a welcoming sight– a quiet reminder that beauty blooms every day, no matter how routine or rushed life becomes. With that being said, I am making this promise to the community of Salyersville that when you step through the doors of Salyersville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be welcomed by none other than a fresh bouquet of flowers every single week! I hope you enjoy them.
