We recently had a little fun celebrating the incredible team members who make our center such a special place to work! Staff were invited to pick a lucky duck and win a prize, turning an ordinary day into a fun opportunity for everyone to feel appreciated.
There were prizes for everyone to enjoy, including office supplies, snacks, drinks, food gift cards, and even a Walmart gift card! Staff had fun choosing their ducks and discovering which prize was waiting for them.
While the prizes brought plenty of smiles, the real purpose behind the activity was to celebrate our staff and the important role they play in our residents’ lives. Our team works hard each day to provide compassionate care, encouragement, and a sense of home to those we serve.
Activities like this give us an opportunity to step away from the daily routine, enjoy some laughs together, and strengthen the bonds that make us more than coworkers—we’re a team and a community.
We are truly lucky ducks to have such dedicated, caring, and hardworking people on our team! Thank you to each and every staff member for the love you show our residents and for everything you do each day. You are what makes our center special!
